About this website

This website provides information about Luhrs Baseball and, when enabled, lets adult athletes and parents or guardians book available lessons. Visiting the site, sending an Instagram message, or verifying a phone number does not reserve a lesson. A successful lesson request holds one athlete's spot. First-time requests remain unconfirmed until approved by the coach; check the status shown on this site.

Website under development

This website is in beta and development is ongoing. Features may change, contain errors, or be temporarily unavailable. If a booking status or lesson detail looks incorrect, contact the coach to confirm it. Beta status does not change the distinction between a pending request and a confirmed lesson.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this website is provided "as is" and "as available", and you use it at your own risk. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Only submit information needed for the available booking or sign-in features; do not submit medical details, payment-card information, or other sensitive information. Contact the coach if you need to confirm a lesson or report a problem.

This notice describes the website’s development stage. It does not waive rights you have under applicable law, exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, or remove our obligations concerning personal information. Information you submit remains subject to our privacy policy.

Lesson bookings

Phone numbers approved for instant booking can book immediately. First-time customers can submit a lesson request after phone verification. The request holds a spot while awaiting coach approval, but does not guarantee a lesson. The coach may confirm, decline or cancel it. No athlete or family profile is required. Confirming a lesson does not automatically grant approval for future instant bookings. This website does not currently provide customer access to athlete progress records.

Availability can change until a booking succeeds. Choose from the lesson types and places available when you submit. Each booking is for one athlete. Provide accurate details and book only lessons you intend to attend. Duplicate or abusive bookings may be limited or blocked. You cannot create another booking for the same phone number and session by changing the athlete name. Contact the coach if you need to arrange a different athlete or another place in that session.

Phone verification messages are for account security, not confirmation that a lesson has been booked. After verification, the booking form submits the lesson details you entered. Check the status shown on the website. The website does not currently send automatic lesson confirmation or cancellation texts.

Payment and lesson policies

No payment is collected on this website. Discuss prices, payment methods, and payment timing directly with the coach by phone or in person before attending. To change or cancel a lesson, contact the coach; the website does not currently offer customer cancellation controls.

You may cancel a lesson without a cancellation fee by contacting the coach. Confirm rescheduling, late arrival, no-show, weather or facility closure arrangements, and any prepaid refund or credit directly with the coach. The website does not collect cancellation fees or process refunds.

No performance guarantee

Baseball development depends on many factors, including an athlete's effort, attendance, health, experience, and individual circumstances. References to goals, measurements, progress, technology, or prior experience do not promise any particular result, roster position, scholarship, playing opportunity, velocity, or statistical improvement.

Athletic activity and health

Baseball instruction and physical training involve inherent risks of strain, collision, impact, and other injury. Website content is educational and promotional information, not medical advice. Athletes should follow appropriate medical guidance and disclose relevant limitations to the coach before participating.

Actual lessons may be subject to separate agreements, policies, consents, and acknowledgments. Nothing on this website replaces those documents. Accepting these website terms is not a signed participant waiver, emergency treatment authorization, or photo/video release.

Minors

A parent or legal guardian must arrange services and provide any required permissions for a minor. Booking and phone sign-in are for adults. By submitting a booking for someone else, you confirm you have authority to arrange the lesson and provide their information. Minors should not independently submit personal, medical, or payment information. The athlete’s age field is not an account-age check.

Privacy and verification

See our privacy policy for how booking, contact, athlete, and sign-in information is handled. Phone verification uses Firebase, a Google service. Google processes the submitted number for spam and abuse prevention. Verification texts may incur message and data charges and do not subscribe you to marketing messages. Keep verification codes private and sign out on shared devices.

Website content

Site content, branding, photographs, graphics, and written materials are provided for viewing and learning about our services. Do not copy or use them commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder. Booking a lesson does not give us permission to use an athlete’s image in advertising; any such permission should be handled separately.
